Booking Chippenhall

To book, please select the date you wish to arrive on our availability calendar and then from the top drop down menu choose the number of nights you wish to stay. Please note we have a minimum stay of 3 nights at the weekend and 4 nights during the week.

Smaller Groups

The cost to hire Chippenhall Hall is fixed, regardless of the number of guests. For example to achieve a price of £164 per person for a long weekend stay, your party will need to consist of 23 guests.

Pets

Unfortunately we do not accept pets, even well behaved ones.

Provisional Bookings

You can provisionally book for a period of 24 hours, by completing a booking but not making payment.

Deposit

To secure a date a deposit of 10% is payable by either PayPal (using your credit or debit card) or by bank transfer.

Balance

The balance is due no later than 16 weeks prior to your arrival.

Damages Deposit

A damages deposit is payable of £400 and will be refunded within 2 weeks following your departure less any damages.
